Arts & Riverwoods 2007, October 13-14, 10 am - 5 pm

Arts & Riverwoods 2007 will be held at Ryerson Woods October 13th & 14th, 2007.  Now in its 48th year,  Arts & Riverwoods is a juried art show featuring approximately 60 fine artists exhibiting mixed media, ceramics, painting, jewelry, sculpture, glass, photography, textiles and wood.

Extra features:

• Student Art Exhibit showcasing artwork from talented high school artists, some winners of the annual Arts & Riverwoods Student Art Scholarships, and artwork from local elementary school art classes.

Show proceeds:
Throughout its long, 40+ year history, non-profit Arts & Riverwoods has supported the arts and the community. Proceeds from last year’s show funded Arts & Riverwoods Student Art Scholarships for several students at three area high schools, funded Art Enrichment Awards at six local elementary schools, and helped fund the non-profit Art Mobile art classroom-on-wheels in Waukegan Township.
